We use science based exercise practices to help you reach your wellness, exercise, and fitness goals. We offer several different training styles. This isn’t one size fits all - we want to get to know YOU: your goals, strengths, weaknesses, inhibitions, and challenges. We will work alongside you to create a program that will enable you to reach your goals. Whether you are in person or virtual, K2 trainers focus on functional movement, nutrition, and holistic wellness for you and your family.

We come to you, with equipment based on your needs. You will have one-on-one individualized training, education, and exercise programming. Whether you are training for a race, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve overall health and wellness, we want to individualize your program. Let’s work together to get you to your goals and beyond.

Virtual Training

Stay home & active… Full support remotely

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we think about fitness. We all learned how to shift and do a lot with a little. We still successfully train many of our clients virtually. We can use what you have in your house to create an exercise program that will work for you. You don’t have to be in a gym, or have the perfect equipment to meet your goals - it just takes a little innovation and some body weight exercises! Don’t try to figure it out on your own or google it, we can answer all of your questions and get you feeling fit remotely.

Do you train in person, but are going to be away? Easily switch to virtual training so you can stay consistent.

Group Training

Bootcamps, Team Conditioning, Small Groups

Put fitness and socializing in the same category! Workout with your family, a group of friends, join an already running bootcamp, or sports conditioning group. Group training allows you to connect with others, creating a community of people achieving their goals.

VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING:

Whether it is the weather, or other exposure that is keeping you indoors, you can receive all the same benefits of group training - virtually.
