Core Recovery Program (6 weeks)

 

Cleared by your doctor to exercise. Now what?

Work with pre/postnatal certified performance specialist, Emily, to help guide you through the first stages of exercise after birth. The program focuses on rehabbing, reactivating, and relearning how to use your core, independently and during fundamental movement patterns. Perfect for women who want to rebuild a strong foundation to successfully get back to the movement you love. Applicable for all types of births. You are welcome whether you gave birth 6 weeks, or 6 years ago. It is never too late to do the work.
